Location is ideal if you are looking for a self-catering quiet ski-ing or summer rural location. Great swimming pool, useful underground parking and had a super up to date piped film selection in multiple languages. Very quiet in evening and during night. Very close to lift. Dishwasher in kitchen. Separate learner ski-jng area not far away for children. Reception staff helpful and efficient with warm welcome and gave a short tour of the facility and showed us to our appartement. Heated ski-ing .

Perfect if you seek to escape from crowds. It was great value for money. (especially if compared with Chamonix and Argentieres). The cable car just oposite the hotel takes you to 1900 meters perfect for the untrained walkers, and perfect for those who seek easy panoramic walks with great views on the mont blanc range. Nice indoor pool. English speaking staff. A 10 min walk along the river takes you to the nearby farm/restaurant allowing you to leave the car parked all day. the hotel was very nice and clean. infact as it was offseason we were given a bigger appartment on what we initially booked and that was really delighting. All facilities are excellent. recommnded place to stay. very good facilities, friendly atmosphere and staff, like the smell around the building. good location for skiers - the lift really near the hotel. garage for the car is convenient. Excellent facilities, including ice rink, swimming pool, wi-fi, covered car park, eco-friendly environment, easy access to rent skis, close to ski slopes. Slopes not busy. We very much enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Nice view, quiet in the rooms, free gym, swimming pool, sauna; SPA right in the hotel, etc. Location: Directly next to the ski station and the train station of Martigny-Chamonix line Staff kindness Facilities. Stunning location with a lovely indoor heated pool and a nice outside icerink. Location and nature around. The pool and sauna were OK. Not for you want nightlife or a variety of restaurants, only 3 in the village unless you are happy to drive to Argentiere approx. 12 mins away or self cater and spend nights in. Our appartement had a very small balcony. (Only after a squeeze all 5 of us could sit and enjoy breakast. The view was nice though, and worth squeezing.). the location if the nearest shop is quite far from the hotel. the shuttles coming to other villages only once per hour. if go by car in winter definitely need to take the chains. Not enough eating places The railway station was not open this year. Bad mattress was a bit too stiff, but I guess it is a matter of preference. It would have been good if our sheets and towels were replaced at least once during our 9 day stay. Two single quilts on the double bed, why? It was shame the pool and sauna closed at 2000hrs but we were out of season, would have liked later shutting. No towels at swimming pool and cold pool. They could provide bags to help sort recyclable materials. A bit remote from evening life Poor choice of UK tv channels, ie no kids choice. Visiting early June everything in Vallorcine was closed except these appartments. Nearest restuarant is about 5 miles away. Charge for our dogs was rather high as we had to pay the week rate rather than per night.. having to strip the beds after one night stay??? Not had to do this before?. No restaurant attached to the residence. The very firm beds. There was no way to get an extras mattress to make it softer. The road side noise. Choose a room that faces the mountain, not the road. No onsite dinning other than small cafe. Town its located in is quite small. Our room wasn't ready at bookin time and we had to wait an hour to be booked in!. No restaurant in the hotel but there are 2-3 good one's close by. Rooms overlooking the street are pretty loud during the day. Spa area closes at 8pm as well as the whole reception desk. No possibility of eating on site. We were on a one night stayover on route to somewhere else and it was not a great choice. We arrived on Sunday and in this village nothing was open so we had to make our way back to Charmonix to eat. The apartments are well equipped but small. The views were not that great.
