Friendly staff. Espresso coffee for breakfast (you have to ask). friendly and helpfull staff.We stayed as a group of friends in a "family" room. The "kid" beds were soft and lumpy and uncomfortable. The double bed was apparently OK. Impossible to get a regular heat. It was very difficult to take a shower. Sometimes the water was very hot and than 1 second later it was cold.
