Good location in old town near market square, nicely decorated large clean room, excellent breakfast. Assocciated restaurant also excellent (top fois gras). Uzes is charming, but more 'touristy' that we expected. Beautiful interior, like an art gallery - quite lovely and interesting. Very well catered for in the rooms - even slippers and bath robes! Brilliant walk in shower. Very comfortable and excellent central location.

Great ambiance, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfasts. Restaurant is excellent. The huge renovated shower. Doggy smell in foyer area and sometimes in the lift. Staff were efficient but not overly helpful. The restaurant flowed over into the foyer at lunch/dinner times, and we felt like we were intruding on diners as we squeezed past them to get to the lift/stairs. The breakfast was not as good as other hotels we have enjoyed. Not a place to go with young children as you would be nervous they may break some of the beautiful artefacts everywhere if they were to run about as children tend to.... Nothing. Parking was 10 minutes walk from the hotel and cost 15 Euros. There was public parking available closer and cheaper. The double bed was very small even that we had asked for a big double or a twin. No English channel on tv no coffee or tea making facilities. Dim lighting in rooms !. First impressions make or break it. The person who we first had contact with was the chef, who was gruff and we did not feel welcome. Also did not like the locks on the front door of the hotel from 11pm till the morning. When we tried to go out at 8am, it was still locked!.
