Location was execellent and we had an amazing view of the mountains. Staff very friendly. We hired bikes from the hotel and had a beautiful cycle along the cycle path which is very close to the hotel. Small kitchen facilities in room were very usefull. Clean and great value for money. That the staff were so friendly and very helpful, the accommodation was cosy and very comfortable, and the location was just wonderful, and the fact it was close to a road, but that the facilities like automatic shutters kept out the road noise during the night really well.

Lovely receptionist (owner) to greet us, really helpful with maps to explain the best way to see Annecy town The view of Lake Annecy is perfect, and it is just a five minute walk to the lakeside. Room was comfortable for the four of us. Although Residel is on a busy road, traffic noise was not a problem. A high hedge blocked view of the road. Our ground floor outdoor, sitting area was shady & cool from early afternoon - bonus in summer! There is easy access to the cycle path & beach. Staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay very comfortable Very close to lake Annecy Shops and restaurants nearby Noise and light preventing shutters made sleeping at night very good. Very well located, with a view to the Annecy lake, very clean inside and outside, with nice green areas. With a supermarket on the other side of the street and very close to Annecy. Very friendly owners and receptionist, always helpful and polite. Lovely views over the lake and mountains beyond . The kitchenette was very useful. The localisation was very convinient for us, we were travelling to Alps, and stayed overnight 2 hours from the ski resort. A room with separate sleeping area for our 2 children and the ability to be able to cook for ourselves. Very helpful staff. Clean and much easier to find than hotels in the an neck one way system!. Near the Annecy, good view from the window, it was kitchenette, freundly staff . Friendly owners. Very clean. Kitchenette nice. Amazing & helpfull staff Clean hotel. Very nice view. There is quite a bit of road noise, but the electric shutters meant it was bearable. Kitchenette was very basic - not that easy to do any self catering. Breakfast was a little expensive for what you got. The road outside was always busy and noisey but the windows and shutters kept it quiet inside. The first floor rooms not suitable for anyone with mobility problems due to the steep wooden staircase to the bedroom. Price of breakfast. 10:00 checkout. Prefer 11:00. Small room. Near the route. Rooms not clean. Old furnature. Poor service.
