Mehr eine private Residenz als ein Hotel, deshalb etwas schlecht zu finden in einer engen Altstadtstraße (Einbahnstraße), dafür aber umso schöner. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir sind hier sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die Bilder vom Cote Jardin sprechen für sich. A small, historic (17th century) inn with lots of charm and interesting rooms. Our room was large and nicely decorated and had a large, modern bathroom. Inside the walls of the inn, there is a patio/terrace.
all reviews » My family stayed at Cote Jardin on our last two nights in France. Cote Jardin surpassed our expectations! We originally planned to stay one night but are so glad that we had two nights here. We did not think anywhere could be as wonderful as our week in Normandy. But this Senlis bed & breakfast provided a restful and nice ending for us. Francine is a gracious hostess. The owner was very accommodating. The hotel is right where you want to be in the city. Next to shops, restaurants, etc. We were lucky enough to park in their private parking spaces off street, but I assume that's not always possible judging by others parking comments. Room was very spacious, more than enough with up to date fixtures that all worked great. This was a historic home in a historic town. There was an authentic feeling to the accommodation and a reserved, but helpful, welcome from the owner, Francine. A bountiful breakfast in the large kitchen made one feel immersed in France. Francine takes pride in her garden and it was a joy to see her show off the pumpkin she had grown. Place is beautifully decorated - rooms are full of lovely decor details and are large and spacious. Location is great, a few minutes away from the heart of the lovely town. Bathroom fully equipped and very luxurious. Greatly recommended. Large, beautifully decorated room. Comfortable bed. Sat in front of room on stairs and it was full strength and fast. My room was at the top of the house and I did not enjoy the narrow steps necessary to reach it. I understood, however, that historic houses are narrow and angular. Spiral stairs with heavy suitcases. Getting up the narrow stairs without a hand rail and with luggage a bit difficult. there is nothing negative to write a perfect quiet spot to soak up french village life and relax. Hard to find. Difficult to find the address. hard to find and street parking.
