The staff were awesome!! Very friendly and helpful. Secure building, clean. There is a bus stop right outside the building that takes you to the centre of Lyon. It was fantastic, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast is too simple, two pieces of bread, a croissant , marmelade and coffee/tea. The room was ok, but you have to hold the showerhead yourself.
