Maddy, the owner and chef, was very welcoming and hospitable. The hotel was in a wonderful location. It was very quiet and have a great view. The food was very nice and the portions very large. Very friendly reception, and interesting local food (even for avegetarian!) during the "suprise" evening menu. Recommended!. The dinner and the attic accommodation. It was not easy to find the hotel, guidence on this would have been helpful. The single room was very small. Early departure meant that we could not have breakfast before 9 a.m. No concession was made. The journey up to the hotel was fairly hazardous and its location should be mentioned in the advert.It is very hard to reach from the main road - this is not pointed in the description.
