The staff were very friendly and efficient, they spoke some english, which was helpful. The Hotel is situated five minutes walk from the beach and ten minute walk to shops,restaurants and the ferry to St Tropez. The roof terraces have terrific sun loungers and are sun traps. Breakfast very good with the coffee and croissants served at your table and you can help yourselves to the buffet. I would definitely stay here again.
all reviews » The hotel met all our expectations....It's the second time we stayed at this hotel. It is very clean with good sized rooms. Staff is very friendly, it has free parking, is centrally located, breakfast is fresh and varied. Good value for money. Very friendly and helpful check in person: Came out of hotel to help us park, told us about the town and getting to/from Saint-Tropez, sent us to a great, happening restaurant for dinner. The rooms a tiny bit cramped, and the bathroom not very well lit, but don't let this put you off staying here. The roads in St Maxime are very busy all day. Wifi was problematic, I was told this is an issue for all of St Maxime. Nothing. The bathroom is a bit old and needs a face lift!. Wifi was a touch spotty at times. Had a bit of difficulty locating the hotel. We used the address on the website and the sat navigation did not take us to quite the right location. Noisy location Safe too small to hold an iPad. No tea/coffee facilities in room. The WiFi is a joke. Difficult to get online, no capacity when online. The hotel must get a new provider of their WiFi. Rude service, our check-in was delayed an hour past the time given (2PM) and the wi-fi did not work. When asked why the wi-fi did not work the front desk hung up on us. Patio doors did not lock ,owners were aware of this problem prior to our arrival.Poor level of air conditioning although turned on full.Fire door kept wedged open day and night. location in the city - next to main road.
