Location. Very Pretty gardens and courtyards. Nice pool. Tastefully furnished public rooms. Friendly staff and owners. Great breakfast. First class overall. The Hotel was fabulous, great setting, very friendly helpful owners. The cleanliness and location. The design also was very appealing.

Room was much smaller than expected from website photo'S. Staff indifferent. Rooms like motel rooms. For the money, extremely poor value. Would suggest making Ile d re a day trip from La Rochelle. Even the coffee was overpriced!.
