The location is fantastic. The food is out of this world. The spa is wonderfull. loved the tea and coffee making facilities. The location and the Thalasso. The view from our room was amazing as it looked onto the sea. The location is tranquil and stunning and staff very helpful and friendly. Clean and modern hotel. Staff friendly. Spacious room with nice view. Ideal for people over age of 65 plus. breakfast coffee served in thermoses and unpalatable. Breakfast a little chaotic, could be better organised and more user friendly. The rooms are basic for a 4 star hotel. No mini bar. The staff are poor. We had to go to reception and ask for someone to serve us with a drink 4 times. The restaurant was very nice but the menu quite limited and not the range you would except for the price you pay. The bed was horrendeous. We hardly slept as the mattress was such poor quality. Felt like we were in an old people's holiday complex. The indoor pool pictures look lovely but is a salt water hydro pool, make sure you take a swimming cap. breakfast overpriced. Decor in room was sparse and basic despite the cost. Isolated location.
