A beautifully appointed hotel with special style and garden in the heart of St Martin. Breakfast is special. Highly recommended. The location was excellent and the owner friendly and approachable. Location. Decoration of the rooms is country style and nice, rooms are very clean.Garden is very peaceful. Expensive - but worth it for a treat. Parking was a long walk away in the heat. Poor lighting and uneven floorboards in bedroom,. Lack of indication for accessing the location. The walls are reasonably thin and you could hear other guests talking and coming and going. The wi-fi didn't work in our room. The bath and basin being within the bedroom The noise every evening from the property opposite. Breakfast should be included in the room price. More attention needs to be paid to room comfort. The square pillows do not allow for resting the head comfortably and should be immediately replaced with narrow pillows as standard. Please also pay attention to the smell from toilet and small details such as no plug in the anthropomorphic sink. No fans or air condition, only one window in bedroom and bathroom, rather dark and hot. Management and staff is totally absent and not that friendly. Actually, you seem to be alone in this hotel! WI-FI in the garden is a problem, rooms are very small and have no air co. Prices are really too high for what they offer.
