Everything was perfect and clean. the lady at reception was really nice and the breakfast was unbeatable for 4.50 euros.Breakfast and friendly hotel staff. Ease of booking and reception. buffalo bills restaurant. Staff were most helpful. Helpfulness of staff. easy access from the autoroute and siutable accommodation for our one night stay.

The hotel was ideal for an overnight stay to break up the long journey to out gite. Having an english channel on the television was much appreciated by the children. Out of all the hotels we stayed at it was the only one that actually provided a disabled room. The hotel was easily accessible and handy for our onward journey to Brittany. It served it's purpose as an over night stop but very noisy. The position of the hotel in Boulogne and the easy access. Easy access to A16. Discount at Courtepile restaurant. nothing. Cheap.convenience to motorway. Just that we would not hesitate to stay there or any other location again. Code for getting in the gate was wrong ( info from internet booking incorrect), waited until other guests turned up who knew the code. just wanted a double but managed with the triple. difficulty with accessing English TV stations. location, in the middle of a retail park, also no check in before 17.00. reception was not open between 2pm and 5pm . Breakfast...i would have liked a little plate to put my toast on and a kettle to boil water for my tea,the pot of water provided is only luke warm not hot enough for tea. would be willing to pay a bit more to have a better breakfast selection. (ham, eggs, bacon, cheese). Loud, noisy, abusive, foul mouthed neighbours waking everybody up very late at night (English!!). Tight parking.No waste bin in the room. It seems churlish to grumble as it was very well priced, but I would rather have been near to some small local restaurants - the hotel is in the middle of a retail park so it's big chain eateries - you do get a discount though by staying at the hotel. The room is very small - OK for a mix of adults/children and I think one night is enough. I would have liked a kettle and tea/coffee.Somewhat cramped for space, with nohere to put clothes - the 'single' bed was an obstacle (being above our double bed). No tea/coffee making facilities (disappointing). Have only certain rooms avalible for pet owners not all rooms through out the hotel.Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The room was too small for three people. A table would have helped.Heater did not work. Room too small for above average size people. Needed hot water to make up baby bottles and no kettle in our room,however was cheap clean and comfortable , our son loved the bunk over the double bed!. Comings and goings throughout the night. rooms were small and you could hear other guests. too small rooms for 3 persons!. The hotel staff were not very helpful or friendly. When we couldn't getinto our room with the given code it was clear that the receptionistfelt it was an inconvenience to come and help us. The breakfast was verysparse - only bread and jam and cereals. There was very little breadleft. If I had known what breakfast included I would not have paid theextra, I would have gone elsewhere.i was by myself in a room theoretically for three (presumably for a couple and a child since one of the beds was a bunk-bed, but three persons would have made it extremely crowded. The cleanliness of are room was very poor. Room and bathroom were tiny and even more basic than expected. cleanliness of the room and the need for modenising. Very basic, should have paid more. Complete lack of staff on arrival is off putting. staff were unhelpful. there was a dog in the breakfast area.the shower was very slippery my wife fell .there was noise all night.Room smelt of Cigarette smoke Shower very difficut to control. Air conditioning not working. Compared to UK travelodge this very basic accommodation was not good value. to noisy people and cars arriving until 4 in the morning not a good nights sleep. breakfast exceptional. The indifference of person on duty, toilet seat was broken. sink was dirty. dirty. Rooms far too basic, not clean, not enough parking spaces, surly staff, not enough room in the breakfast area to have breakfast.
