Room is big and clean, all daily necesities are available, bed is quite comfortable.
Reception staff very kind and helpfull, they gave us list of best local restaurants and advised which are the best - we tried 2 of 4 and both were perfect.
Parking is inside hotel and spaceous enough for big car.
Hotel located outside of old sity but it takes only 10-15 minutes walk and the route is going along seaside, so it is very pleasant.

Enjoyable walking distance (along seafront) from old Saint-Malo and its great shops and restaurants. Friendly, kind and welcoming. 1st rate swimming pool, coffee available at the bar in late evening, excellent room, adjustable bed, multi-channel tv and breakfast. And all a few minutes away from our ferry port in the morning. We'd gladly return and probably will.

Very pleasant welcome from receptionist. It has 24 hr reception. We could park immediately outside or anywhere on the road without paying and apparently it is a non-problem area, so felt safe to leave belongings in the car. which was spacious with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Breakfast was
good with scrambled eggs, mets, cheese, bread, cereal. The hotel is
brand new and appears on google maps as the empty lot it once was. It

new pool area is very nice and the water heated. The kitchen area is
quite basic but was adequate and we had breakfast and cooked a couple of
meals. The complex in general was very secure. We arrived late and
