Outstanding character to hotel; fantastic bar/lounge area with view overlooking beach; friendly staff; comfortable room. the staff were very helpful and polite. and the view from the bar was breathtakin. Looking out the window the vies is fantastic. host waited until late in evening for us to arrive. although breakfast is expensive, it is very good!. Good info from staff - phoned ferries without our prompting.

Information about the area

Saint-Malo is a port city in Brittany in north-western France on the English Channel. During the Middle-Ages the city was a fortified island and it has kept he remains of this heritage as one its most famous sites. Now inseparably attached to the mainland, this is the most visited place in Brittany. Sites of interest include:
