  Extremely friendly working people at all levels. Very helpful. Good food and excellent breakfast buffet. Dog friendly. Overall a lovely experience and looking forward to return for a stay in near future. - The modern design of the room, free internet, and the facilities.

  Love the Alsace and all the really cute villages that appear to have stopped in time. Colorful, half-timbered medieval houses often with stork nests on top! Lots to do in the region and this hotel is well- located above Ribeauville and its scenic center. Also close to some nice hiking in the area and biking from village to village. We were upgrad - This was our second trip to Clos St Vincent, and we returned because of the great time we had in July. It was actually a spur of the moment decision, due to an open weekend, and no plans. As it turned out, it was a great time to go, and we were fortunate there was a room, as it was the weekend of the Medieval Festival, and we got the only room left, a comfortable family room. We again brought our dogs, and enjoyed walking through the vinyards, now laden with bunches of nearly ripe grapes. Em

  Good location, just on the edge of the old town. Very quiet, has 2 sets of doors to the hallway and good blinds/ curtains.   A nice hotel with good parking - but the parking is accessed from Rue des Juifs, not from the hotel's address. Our room was actually four - toilet, bathroom, sitting room and bedroom. Warning - the bedroom we had was up some very steep stairs which might cause problems for people with impaired movement. All was spotlessly clean. The evening menu w... what people say » as good, the portions huge - beware!! We didn't have the breakfast but it looked good. There is good, free wifi access (ask the proprietor). The hot - Stayed in the 'reduced mobility' room 'Framboise' - spacious, spotlessly clean, well appointed clean room with great bathroom / shower. The room had it's own independent entrance with easy access to village centre. The staff were very welcoming & friendly. Breakfast was good with all the usual croissants, bread & preserves etc. plus meat & cheese & excellent coffee. All in all a good overnight stop.
