Very good value for a family of four, we like to be able to stay in thesame room,well equipped, comfortable beds, and helpful staff. Not themost glamourous location, but I knew that from comments on the web, andit was so easy to walk into town that it didn't matter as it was soreasonably priced. Secure parking (luckily found out on trip adviser that this needsbooking), location - a few minutes walk into central Reims, facilitieswithin room, I had asked for a quiet room when I booked and we got one.

This is more to do with innaccurate web-site information.It is necessary to park at a metered parking space both before and after accessing the underground garage, to first obtain a key and then to return it on departure. The towels that were in the hotel were a bit old, and it would have been nice to have a few extra...were four people in apartement. Only had 3 chairs despite asking for a fourth. Rooms were pretty basic but had all that was needed and were of reasonable size. Garage and parking was a bit restricted.
