  Hotel is located right on the sea edge, very rare for the South of France where normally the first line of hotels is across the road from the sea. We had a room with the balcony that was 3 meters from the sea. Breakfast is nice - with eggs, fruits, all the pastry - on the terrace with excellent sea view. On arrival, we got the gift from the hotel - champaign and macarons - as it was on my birt - We reserved a suite with 2 rooms, bigger then standard room. Beautiful view from most rooms to the sea. quite. Good breakfast, specially knowing France. 2 Pools and possibility to swim in clear + clean sea. It were relaxing days. Erholsame Ferientage, ruhige Zimmer, direkt am Meer. 2 Pools und Schwimmen im sauberen Meer. Gutes Frühstück.

  Nice clean hotel, wonderfully decorated, beautiful rooms, very practical private parking, staff very helpfull, room had a deposit box (strongbox), large breakfast selection and of course, we have enjoyed the jacuzzi very much. The city centre is a bit too far (15 min walk), but there is enough of good restaurants in the port (5 min). The accomodation was perfect for us (family with 2 older children) as our rooms adjoined but we each had space when we wanted. Rooms very comfortable and had a luxurious feel with lovely bathrooms and patio area. Was great we could walk to the town to eat (although if you were at all infirm or unfit then that would not have been possible).

  The hotel is very close to the airport. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and there was plenty to eat and drink at breakfast. The hotel is also very close to the town. - Staff (especially at check-in) were great! Ample parking.

  The location of Residence du Cap itself is lovely with its views over the sea & surrounding coastline at the front and up into the hills at the back - a minute's walk from the sea, but set back from the main road so very quiet. Cavaliere has an extremely good beach but with other lovely, local beaches within walking distance along an old rail ... what people say » track, designated just for walkers and cyclists. Opportunities for sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, sailing, etc. for the more adventurous and som - Great location just a minute walk from the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a two bedroom apartment which was well equipped and worked well with two children and a baby. Loved the terrace in front of the reception. The final night the aircon failed and we really didn't want to move just as the kids were going to sleep. When we checked out they knocked 40 euros off the bill without me having to ask. I think that says a lot. Would definately return.
