  Friendly and helpful staff, very good modern facilities, and good food. Free Spa was a luxury given the heat and the amount of cycling we did. Stayed for four nights to watch two stages of the Tour de France. Will use it as a base to the French Alps again next year. - Everything looks new and is very well decorated.   i have stayed in Aix Les Bains before but always in the centre of town. this hotel is a further out and a lot quieter as it is back from the main road, so for peaceful stay this is a very good hotel.
