Great location and less than 10 minutes walk to the Monte Carlo Casino, Hotel du Paris and shops; everything is in walking.
The room was fine and clean and we had a balcony overlooking the street.
If you're driving to the hotel, this can be a bit tricky, recommend a GPS and there isn't really any parking onsite, just street parking. -

Hotel is located right on the sea edge, very rare for the South of France where normally the first line of hotels is across the road from the sea. We had a room with the balcony that was 3 meters from the sea. Breakfast is nice - with eggs, fruits, all the pastry - on the terrace with excellent sea view.

The location was superb, wonderful sea view and close to the stop airport/local buses for arrival and departure. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good value for money. -

I liked the professional but relaxed attitude by the staff to guests. I would certainly stay there again. The gentleman on reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly and will be sadly missed if/when he retires. - We liked it very much. Hard to believe it's a 2 star. Situated in the centre of Nice and within a couple of minutes walk of the main railway station, the hotel had a pretty Mediterranean courtyard garden. The rooms overlooked the garden and hence the hotel was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a relaxing atmosphere. The Promenade des Anglais is an easy 10 minute walk. Would stay there again.

Excelent room, Gourmet Breakfast, higly recommended Hotel - It is in a great location once you are there but it is a little difficult to find as it is right in the center of the old town with outdoor restraunts right in front of it. The staff were very helpful and always cheerful.
