  The hotel is very well located - in a quiet area just a few stops on the tram from the Old Town. The villa was built in 1869 and the host does his best to maintain the air of antiquity in his hotel. The rooms are very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. After Nice, we were going to visit Grass, and the host gave us a 10% discount coupon to Frago - The staff is extremely friendly and helpful,we arrived very late at night but he waited for us,carry the luggages for us and removed his car from the parking space to make one for our car! The hotel is very delicated and beautiful,you can enjoy the strong mediterranean elements.It a fair good location,it takes 5 mins to drive to the city center.Moreover,good price in Nice during summer peak season.

  This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel and it was even nicer than the last time. I'm almost reluctant to recommend it because I want to keep it just for us! Joelle and Fronc are so nice, they make the whole experience such a pleasure. The location is stunning, and the beautiful garden is a bonus. The breakfasts are lovely and the atmos... what people say » phere in the hotel is really lovely. - We loved our time here. The owner of the hotel is a genuinely nice person who was very helpful. We had a balcony which gave us a lovely view of the bay. We did not book this room originally but we were offered this when we arrived, thank you.

  The hotel is a series of individual units, each with a patio area. Unit was very clean and bright. Ours did not have a fridge but I think they are available.
