  The staff service was just exceptional. The friendliness and willingness to offer assistance and make arrangements was much appreciated. In particular Letiticia and Anton made us feel right at home. The renovation to the Hotel is fantastic, and facilities were first class. Also, restaurant facilities were very useful as it was pouring with rain in the evening when we were to go out for dinner, so we just stayed and dined in the hotel - The hotel is close to the old city center (walk distance), great breakfast, bedroom spacious and comfortable.
