  All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. It was easy to go to Geneva, Lausanne and Montreux from here as there was a ferry port opposite the hotel. It was cheaper than the Swiss hotels around the lake with similar location and comfort, so this hotel can be preferred for accommodation while travelling around the lake. Public parking is ... what people say » available if you have a car and the hotel offers a private parking space for 8 Euros daily though it is a bit further from the hotel.   It was very nice hotel with excellent service. Spa is very clean andwith a big swimming pool. We appricated a lot that the children arewelcome to this hotel. The breakfast was delicious!

  Staff was very helpful. Printed off information on the current weather condition on place to travel--we did not speak French staff spoke English for us. Staff friendly and helpful - He breakfast was excellent. As was the room. The location and riversidewalk into the old town was wonderful
