The hotels gardens and public areas were lovely, so were the staff. They even drove us down to the town one evening when no taxis were available. Smashing breakfast with lots of local produce.
Rooms were clean and lovely, we got upgraded to a comfort duplex so had plenty of space.
We had a great time in the hotel :-) -

The website states that check-in is until 20:00hrs but as our ferry only docked at 20:00hrs we didn't get to the hotel until about 20:30hrs and this was not an issue at all. Very clean and modern room and bathroom, comfortable big bed! Kettle in room was a bonus. ask for a sea view though - it makes all the difference. Fun to watch the donkey's in the citadelle moat just opposite

Beach just across the road to right of citadelle and down steps. Walk around the bay away from the port and there is an amazing childrens playground -
The location was perfect, the old town, the beach and several restaurants within walking distance. Our room was upgraded and we had a terrific view of the Meditearrean. The maids did a fabulous job best I have seen and we have travelled a lot. Breakfast was good and taxi to the airport was right on time.
