  Location is great close to motorway but quiet. Easy reach of historic town of St Flour. Very comfortable clean, well designed rooms at low price. This was our third stay and as usual perfect.   This hotel may be only rated two stars but the hostess,family and staff are definitely worth so much more. I would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers passing through Auvergne.   We stayed at the Ace Hotel in Brive last year, on our way home from our holiday in the Tarn region of France. It was our first experience of the chain and were very impressed by their standards. She immediately sent up a repair man who fixed it by plugging in the lamps to the wall socket - whoops. Good breakfast in large sunny room with attentive service. Friendly helpful staff speak some English.
