The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur. JLP was a perfect place to stay on the coast being in the middle and only a short wa - Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!

They would never reject help no matter what we asked for and even in the way they speak it is clear that they don't fake it.   The location was superb, wonderful sea view and close to the stop airport/local buses for arrival and departure.   We had a triple room at the Aeva hotel as this was the only room available when I was booking. The room, towels, etc were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and the bed made when we put out the little note to request this. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. I only regret not staying for the full duration of our holiday but had we had longer to bo - We were looking for a hotel close to the Nice Airport, and what a gem. We were about two miles past the airport...but right on the water in a smaller town. We were able to park our car on site, as well as walk on the promenade in front of the hotel. There were also many choices for restaurants on site, across the street on water. Walking distance to train station as well. So location was perfect. It was about a $30 cab ride from Nice...so check bus and train schedules to make sure you can retur
