incredible,lush green lawn, very spacious, kids were able to run and play on large yard area connecting to golf course. Kids (11 and 13 year old) liked the playstation 3 and pool table in the lobby. Great location! 6 miles to landing beaches. Beautiful, resort complex. Great prices for the area.
Great value for Money. Perfect location for our family visit to the 69th D Day anniversary celebrations. Pool was good for the kids if you schedule it into your day as it closes at 7.30pm. If your late back you cant always park near your accomdation but its a short walk.all reviews »
In this area, one of the finest quality of accommodation. The location
and the landscape is worth the price. Comfortable houses with good
kitchen amenities and private designated parking. Good swimming pools.
Totally a satisfying vacation for a family.
Thanks to all the negative comments about linens, facilities, and so on, we came prepared and enjoyed the accomodations very much. We enjoyed our time there in the area and learned a lot about the D-Day invasions on the beaches.
The grounds and apartments are beautiful. The facilities are quite nice and there are dishes and pans for the apartments with kitchens. You can see the water from the panorama at the golf club restaurant. We really enjoyed it.
It was very relaxed ideal with young children EVERYTHING you could think of was there - kitchen wise even a dishwasher. The indoor swimming pool was ideal with young children as well. Easy access to Port en bessin.
We liked the area where is the residence situated. It is close to all important places and to Port en Bessin also. There are small shops, bakery and nice restaurants in the port.
The outdoor pool with a 28 c temperature was excellent with plenty of
resting chairs nearside the pool. The cosy outdoor terrace for each
apartment was.

Accommodation very nice, in a good spot especially if you are a golfer. Port en Bessin very pretty fishing village.

P&V has space for our family of 4 at a reasonable price, which is my top reason for choosing them. The accommodations are basic, but clean and adequate for our needs.

I booked for the indoor pool, but it was waaaay toooo crowded, no room to even move around, ran out of chairs around pool to watch the kids.
Laundry service very expensive. Far from any grocery stores. Small rooms. Surprised that the reception closes for several hours during day and then again at night - ran out of hot water and didn't have resource to help.
Extra charge for every thing. No towels in the room, puts the mood low
immediately on arrival. Also the paid wi-fi rarely works well.
You'll need to add some 25 euro per day extra to your budget
calculation to cater for towels, wifi, fire wood, dish and clothes
washing supplies.

Too small apartment for 4-5 people, just 2 beds and one sofa. So it is better to book tha apartment for 6 and more. Not enough space for luggages also. No towels at dispossal, no wifi for free. It should be written before guests arrive.

A bit small, but you get what you pat for. The vacuum filter stunk. Shower sprayed water on the floor, they should have a shower curtain.
Remember, this isn't a hotel, but a vacation residence. Therefore, staff won't be at front desk all the time. Check hours so you arrive/leave when they're available.

Not so much a negative, but be aware: An apartment for "4-5" people really means 2 beds in one room, 1 tiny bed stowed under one of the main beds and a pull-out sleeper couch.
These are vacation homes and I was not aware you needed to bring your own towels and extra pillows. Also make sure to let them know you'll be arriving after hours as their front desk is not staffed 24 hours per day.
PAYING FOR TOWELS, NO BATH FLOOR MATS, NO KITCHEN ITEMS LIKE SOAP TO USE KITCHEN, SHOWER Design is horrible if you want to take a shower and not a bath! Water gets everywhere but you have no towels to clean it up! We were no informed of any of the items prior to arriving. Horrible way to start off for a hotel.
No free WIFI and the telephone does not works to make calls between rooms.
Nothing extra was provided. One roll of toilet paper, no towels or rags, not even bath mats. In addition, we had to buy our own dish soap and detergent for the dishwasher. Plus housekeeping must only lightly clean as there was cobwebs everywhere and little maintenance that need to be done.
The location of this facility was a bit further out than we had hoped. It was beautifully situated on a golf course, but we weren't there for golf :(.
Your room does not come equipped with towels, which they do not tell you. They charged us 50 euros for 6 towels. Coffee should be available on site.

When booking was made was led to believe that we would be placed in a 2
bedroom house fit for 5 people On arrival we were given a 1 bedroom
house and was not suitable for my 87 year old farther and having to
upgrade at additional 50e.
We were running late and had to call to get our key for our room
Wish they posted that towels were not included, you have to pay 6
euro for a towel.

Lots of hidden costs: internet, towels, etc. Rooms are very basic. No food/restaurants close. If you plan on spending a large amount of time in your room, you might want to look elsewhere.
