  Kind personnel. Tried their best to correct their mistakes despite their lack of organisation. We even got a discount for the cleaning which wasn't done.

  Have stayed in this hotel many times. Excellent all round. The dinner we had on the evening of 5th July 2013 was excellent. - Very nice room and good restaurant
