Metro station is 100 metres from hotel and the centre of Paris is reachable in 15 minutes although Metro can be very packed during the rush hours. Hotel is very clean. Bed sheets, towels were refreshed daily and very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and speak very good English. We were able to leave our luggage with the hotel after checking out whilst we explored a bit more of Paris on our last day. We did not have the hotel breakfast, it looked OK but costly for a family of 5, we used the

I didn't know the area at all, and didn't want to waste time searching for everything and didn't have my i-phone. An the night receptionist googled everything for me, printed stuff off and directed me. Nothing was too much trouble, I was feeling tired and they even let me stay an hour later. The hotel in itself was very modern, quiet, clean and had gorgeous design features and furniture.....lovely place!!! Would stay again!!!!

The hotel is very close to Rome Metro Station which makes getting around very easy. Although the bathroom was small, with a separate toilet it was quite adequate with a good shower and plenty of hot water. Room was fine, very comfortable (though simple) beds, Plenty of light in the daytime, from window with view on the tree-lined street. Wifi worked fine. Good breakfast, with full assortment. Bathroom (with shower) fine. Well situated, close to Métro and bus, to get into centre quickly, within zone 1 of public transport. Area fine, felt safe. Shopping centre literally across the road, including supermarket. Would certainly stay again in this hotel.

Got a taxi from Gare du Nord for just under Euro 20. Hotel has two steps up to reception and an elevator. We chose this hotel as it was close to Montpanasse RER which we needed the following morning. Loved the location. It's in an area where there are a lot going on but there aren't many tourists and we felt totally safe. Unlike certain neighborhoods in district 2, 9, and 11 where we don't feel safe. The neighborhood is very diverse and has a very "authentic" vibe because there aren't too many tourists that venture out there. The second-hand market two blocks from the hotel on Sundays was so much fun!
Hotel was very clean and reasonably priced. Bathroom is updated and new. Staff was overall
