The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. Cabin was nice. Upper cabins quieter than lower ones. The atmosphere was very romantic and the music perfect for a romantic dinner, the food was fresh and very tasty, we took the dinner on a wonderful boat and the staff did their best and acted very professional.

Due to adverse weather the river was too high to take the cruise part of the trip. The hotel apologized and gave us a free dinner cruise to use within 12 months which was fair. We found the bathroom floor tiles broken and shaking when stepping on, which was uncomfortable.
