The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was warm inviting, and clean and we appreciated the towels being changed everyday. The breakfast was excellent. The usual continental and good coffee. The staff were very discourteous. The hotel was central and close to two metro lines, few minutes away. There are also shops and a monop' supermarket close by. The hotel is very well positioned, giving easy access to 3 metro stations and hence to the touristic objectives. This is very important to us, senior tourists. The staff of the hotel was amiable, the room was cleaned every day, towels changed, the hotel and the street were not noisy, the breakfast good and complete.

The bedroom was too small, with a shower (not a bathtube), despite the fact we had booked a superior room. The room given a lil noisy especailly in the morning as it faces the main street of Rue Lamartine. The room was small (even though described as superior room) There wasn't a proper shower, just a shower head over the bath. Quite small room.The bedrooms were small but adequete. The breakfast room was a little small and staff in there needed to smile. We can hear any noise, voice, etc from next rooms VERY CLEARLY.Some of the staff were not particularly service minded (with exceptions!), the room was rather small but ok. Even though they had satellite tv, they only had French, Spanish and Italian channels. Both the reception and waiting staff i found to be exceptionally rude this was not a language problem either as i do speak french, the receptionist tried to over charge us €100 and when i corrected her she was in no way apologetic. One of the two breakfast staff was extremely rude and ignored numerous requests for various things e.g cold milk! .Cannot see BBC or CNN but the receptionist insist they got this channel but actually none. Breakfast was very poor, hotel room was so small we couldnt insert thebaby wheels inside.
