There are many positive points, such as excellent localization, comfortable rooms and very gentle staff.Location of the hotel excellent- ideal for exploring the Latin Quarter. I liked everything about the hotel the only shortfall was that it does not have an on-site bar or restaurant but there are a wide variety of places to eat and drink just minutes from the front door of the premises.It was noisy, the receptionist was quite rude and patronising and the night doorman was just plain rude (and all we had asked him to do was open the door so we could get in, which you might be forgiven for assuming to be his job).It did seem expensive...but that was probably in keeping with other hotels in the centre of Paris. The photos of the rooms were way nicer than the actual rooms. Reception and stairs were run down.

We have taken particular care with the layout and decoration of the Villa d'Estrées ten rooms.
All of capacious size, our rooms give you a large living area, a king-size bed, desk, and a sitting area furnished with armchairs, settees, and a coffee table, and can naturally be transformed in to suites. The bedding has been rigorously chosen to guarantee you an excellent nights sleep.
As well as the traditional furnishings, we have of course included ultra-modern equipment; each one of our rooms is fitted with safe, minibar, air-conditioning, internet access and satellite television.
Our welcoming and professional personnel will make it their duty as well as their pleasure to render your stay at Villa d'Estrées as enjoyable as it is faultless.
