The front desk personel was very efficient and kind to assist us from getting a taxi, giving info on how to get to places, parking and where to find things, up to rapidly getting a doctor for my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. The cleaning personel was also very friendly and flexible when needed to change schedule because of our sick daughter staying in the room.The hotel is very well connected with the Metro line 6 (until Etoile) and 12 (to Montmatre), as well as walking distance from the Ga.
all reviews » The staff was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. They have us tips for the city and whenever we had a question or a request they had an immediate response. It was great! The beds were comfortable and the location is awesome. The hotel is located between 2 subways and there is a large train station around the block. Also there are 3 pharmacies with a 1/2 mile of the hotel which was extremely helpful when I came down with a bad cold. I recommend this hotel to couples who want to explor. Excellent staff, especially Ray at the front desk. Ray helped us with all sorts of tips to move about Paris, which can be somewhat confusing for an outsider. I remember that we were looking for the Paris museum pass but the queues for getting it were too long everywhere until Ray came up with the idea of buying it from the Postal museum, which remains largely deserted and is in fact quite close to the hotel. Staff were very helpful as we turned up early and they were kind enough to accommodate us and check us in early. Good location. Enjoyed the walk to the Eiffel Tower via some quaint street markets. Our room was stylish, good hot water, seperate toilet to the shower, able to make it dark so you can sleep in and not much noise. Convienient food shops nearby. We would be happy to stay here again. I got kettle in my room and then I can drink hot water. This is the only hotel I have it in the room through my journey from Germany to Spain to France. Winter time, kettle is essential. The bathroom is huge, size is perfect. bed is a bit small but really comfortable. And while on my way to the hotel from the station montparnasse,you can see effile tower right there!.
