The hotel was the best we stayed in during out trip through Italy, France, and England. The rooms were large and extremely comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful and polite. The hotel lobby was large and the hotel as a whole was very modern and well designed. The location was good too, in a peaceful, safe and clean part of Paris. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Paris. Spend a perfect weekend here together with my partner, excellent staff and room. Nice atmosphere and a nice little shopping area with resturants and cafes with great breakfast/brunch facilities just around the corner. Good connections to city center with Metro. We will come again....!!!.

It was a great hotel and we will for sure be back. The hotel is a very good standard, probably refurbished recently, and is closed to the metro. There is as well a good selection of bars and restaurants from a walking distance.Efficient staff with a 'can do' attitiude. The quality of the rooms, clean and very comfortable. The access to the metro and Bercy Village was excellent place for drinks. Very polite staff, great modern design, very clean room and good bed, beautiful little garden, perfect breakfast with fresh and tasty juices, creams and pastries. The big, clean, well equipped room. The breakfast buffet was overpriced.Room which supposted to be non smoking was given to us with signs of smoke, altought room was exchanged immediately. Breakfast must included at the total price. The pillows in the room were too big ,resulting in my girlfriend taking to using a towel as a pillow as this was more comfortable on her neck.Also only providing two paper cups for making hot drinks in the room was not ideal,proper cups would of been a lot better. * Main lobby male toilet/washroom did not feature soap for washing. Complained but still no soap! * Poor English breakfast featuring 'watery' scrambled egg and fatty, greasy steaky bacon, not good!. The cleaning should be better. Price/quality - reasonable. The breakfast isn’t included and very expensive (27,00€ per person). A reasonable price could be 10,00€ per person maximum or included in the room’s price.The fluctuation in the room's rates. bathroom small.
