the staff is very friendly. The front desk staff and the clean rooms, the breakfast was delicious as well. Thankyou. All of the staff were helpful and cheery. Although it's quite a small, basic hotel the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. There is also the excellent Trattoria Victoria next door - they provide room service but I would recommend you eat at the restaurant.the hotel was in a great location, right beside the metro, or a bit of a walk into the tourist attractions if you so choose, staff were fantastic, room was nice and cozy.The personnel were very open, supportive and responsive to me. My room was cleaned every day. Good breakfasts.The staff where very friendly and very polite and couldnt do enough for you made the stay that much easier.When compared to other hotels it was worth of what I paid. I could not check my e-mail while staying in the hotel. That's why I missed the message from my agency about delay of my flight. Therefore, I spent 12 hours in the airport instead enjoying Paris for some more time.No a/c and wifi is at a fee through Orange.The room is very small, as the elevator.The lift is too small.Parking could be easier !!. The price was way too high, probably because we were in a fair-time. Bad bed - had to change rooms. Staff very pleasant and helpful about it.room looked tired,smelt musty. rooms very small and decor dated, also strange weird smell in corridors???????. In my opinion this hotel did not warrant 3 stars, the room was tiny, the bathroom even smaller than expected, the portable TV ontop of a wardrobe next to the bed so watching is was awkward.Room is so small, dusty and need full reconstruction. During my stay of 5 days power went down three times, hitting was not operetional during a night..Lift is so small, for two thin persons.The room was very small. There was no internet connection in the room - not good for business people. The bathroom had a very bad smell. On two occasions the bath towels were not replaced. The room backed onto a noisy pizza restaurant. The front desk staff was not attentive to our request to change rooms at first. In the end we complained to the manager who moved us to another noisy room.
