The staff are extremely helpful and very well trained. They were sofriendly we forgot we were in Paris. The bed was comfortable and weloved the evening chocolates. The room was very clean and we reallyloved the Hotel location. We had a great view of the Arc de Triomphe andthe Tour Eiffel. The metro was very close and we felt it was a greatplace to stay. We would definately go back!.

However we were woken up on Wednesday 21st January morning by extremely loud drilling, which continued untill we left at 11:15.Unfortunately there was a power cut which lasted for about half an hour, but it was soon rectified.small bathroom. Room was rather small, but comfortable and clean.the cleaness in the bathroom, no iron or cattel available in the room. Junior suit is not a "suit" just a big hotel room with an extra coach beware of that. Anyways I do recommend this hotel for Paris. It really is in the middle of every where.the hotel was nice, but the Taxi driver to the airport was a thief.The internet in the room didnt work there was no one to show us. no free wi-fi at the hotel. We found some of the staff very abrupt. There was some major building work going on, literally right next door. We stayed from Friday to Sunday, so no noise over the weekend, but I wouldn't like to be there in the week with the Kango going!! The restaurant was very expensive, but there are so many restaurants to choose from in the area, you don't have to eat there.
