close to the 4 metro stations. Pleasant attitude of staff.Hotel staff do not speak English. The suppresion of American Express Card. The booking used the Amex card but when I came to pay their authorisation machine was not able to connect. I was asked for an alternative card, then cash and advice on how to get cash from a machine. The manager then admitted that the machine is not able to connect to Amex. I have reported this to Amex.
