The hotel was excellently located just next to the Montparnasse train/metro station, but nevertheless there noise from the streets didn't penetrate to the rooms. The rooms weren't very big and quite basic, but anyway clean and comfortable enough for my taste. Free WiFi worked well in the rooms and the breakfast surprised me positively as it contained also ham, fruit salad etc. in addition to a basic French breakfast with a croissant and some baguette. The staff was friendly and gave accurate in.
all reviews » This was my 4th time in Paris and I was planning to go other places near Paris. The location of the hotel was perfect. It's right next to the metro exit 2 and train station is only a few minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The smile on their face could always cheer you up. The bathtub in the room was a great plus. After one day of walking in sunshine, nothing is better than a nice bath. It's small, but very clean. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves a lot, and we'll surely visit M. Located 30 metres away from Montparnasse Bievenue station. From this hotel, you can bounce to any tourist attractions easily with its metro just right at your doorstep. Probably had the fastest Wifi (free) connection in my entire trip. Room is big, overlooks the cross junction of SNCF Building Water heater was good, TV was working. This hotel is perfectly adequate for most travellers needs and represents good value for money. The location is very convenient, close to the station and metro. But most importantly, the staff are efficient, helpful and polite, giving a very warm welcome, and assistan,ce during the stay. Located right by the train station Montparnasse, it was ideal to get around the city by metro. Buses go from the airports from this place too. Friendly staff in the reception! The hotel is close to the Garu Montparnasse Station (just the another side of the road), and Ewffiel Tower is 5 minutes with taxi. We staid only one night, i think if you have a short trip the hotel is enough, but more then 3 nights i don't reccomend. The romm i'ts not big but with space enough and the bath is big compared with another hotels in Paris. Location. I only stayed overnight and had dinner with friends, so I was hardly there. We slept with the window open, and it was noisy. breakfast is payable. If you want luxury and a range of possibilities offered by a hotel, this place is probabl not your choice. I would worry about cooling the room in hot weather as there is no air conditioning and our window opened above the pub and street noise. didn't like that we have to leave keys for the hotel room, at the reception every time we went out. No complaints. Please don't have plastic cups in the bedrooms (however when I asked for crockery cups they were given with a smile). The teabags and milk were not replaced in our room on a daily basis. Its a little far away if trying to walk everywhere. If you take a room with street view it can be a bit noisy (because of traffic). Nothing!. except that tiny elevator everything was fine. I did not expect perfecion for money I paid. Room small. Very small for short stayings. Don't have air. I can't imagine sleep there in real day of summer. Breakfast is poor. The room smelt of smoke so I had to leave the windows open. The hair dryer didn't work. The really worst thing was when I came back and collected my luggage I had to get to another train station. I was directed to the taxi stand and told it wouldn't take long. Well this was totally incorrect. The taxi queue was unbelievably long, and even when I got into a taxi it took a lot longer than I had been lead to believe. I missed my overnight train as a result. Holes in sheets (but clean & crisp) No milk to go with tea & coffee (English people need milk!). Not enough towels. No airconditioning or fan available in hot weather means windows open and noisy. The price is way more too expansive for the services and the size of the room The fact we must leave the room key at the entrance before leaving Does not deserve 3 stars in my humble opinion. The hotel is old and outdated. Rooms are smelly, everything is old. 1) Noisy rooms. Very tiny walls. 2) The janitors can come to your room without knocking. They can grab your towels, but without placing the new ones. 3) One of the managers at the reception was unfriendly. 4) Very strange system of towels positioning. 3 towels in the bathroom, 1 towel in the bedroom. The noice from the traffic,. Small room space Internet free just for 2 hr No computer in rooms. Wifi don't work The facilities are old. Charge us with a higher price for the child without an extra bed. Terrible stuff. No real help & service. There was no heat in our room. The bathroom was to have a shower and didn't. The sheets were very scratchy, and had an odor. There was a loud humming noise with vibrations occurring and then there were intermittent loud knocks coming from the wall. There was no elevator to our floor (6th). .
