The staff was very helpful, breakfast excellent, the location good, just a few metres from the metro stop. The room was nice and specious. This hotel was amazing! Hard time to find it, but we managed. The french really don't want to speak english.The Hotel was excellent, great location, clean and staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms are soundproof and the entrance to the Metro is only steps away.

No tea/coffee facilities in room. Only one free English tv channel andbreakfast was a bit pricey.Booked as a 4 Star however, rooms are very small and no view of the tower!!!. Facilities for internet services should be provided in the lobby. Bills should be provided in English to English speaking guests.If you don't have a lad top you don't have an Internet service. We presumed it would and so ate a very small amount (a sliceof toast, an egg and tea and coffee) poor quality breakfast and werecharged €40!!!! For this alone, I will not stay in this hotel again. Ifelt that it was a very unfair cost for a continental breakfast. This isnot a four star hotel. small rooms, expensive breakfast, old pillows and bed sheets, no english channell. It took me more than one day to get an iron and ironing board. Doesnt worth for a 4 star rating, room was so small. Yes, to say this was a 4 start hotel, I do net expect to see crackedmirriors on sliding wardrobes and cracked floor tiles. No Internet on the rooms, and if it is WiFim, the same was chargable,where as all the internaitonal hotels now a days offer free internet. NoTe and Cofee maker in the room, No Yellow pages,. Bathroom was very poor. It flooded whenever the shower was used, part of the bath was loose as were nearly all the tiles. Some staff were friendly but others weren't and it was not all that comfortable. The TV did not work properly for the entire duration despite notices saying it was broken for just a day or two and would be fixed. All in all, I thought it was quite poor for a 4 star hotel. The rooms were small . Not the best part of Paris to stay . Couldnt believe it was a four star hotel. Staff were indifferent .
