The hotel is located away from the main hussle of central paris but due to it's location right next to a metro station and tram line it was the ideal location for getting anywhere you want to go. The service was outstanding and the modern feel of a hotel within such an old building was nice too. Would definately stay there again next time in Paris. Hotel is modern and gorgeous, freshly remodeled. SO convenient with the metro right outside the door; loved the crepe man across the street.

Even though the hotel is not in the center, it is very close to public transport and it was easy to access the most famous places. But we had it included in our rate so cost us around €5 for the 2 nights. no sound proof rooms, some rooms smoke smell.1) Need to have free tea n coffee facilities(In the room). 2) Need to have welcome drinks which make guest welcome. The included breakfast was extremely minimal. We chose to skip the hotel breakfast on the second day as it was so bad.The room was very very warm. the gap between the reception/entrance of the hotel and the rooms.....The escalator is is too small. No kettle is provided in room. The lift is so small we couldn't fit the pram in. Couldn't hang the shower head as the support was improperly fitted (however we chose not to complain about that). A few times the towels were ighlty stained. A few hooks for the towels could have helped. The TV volume was limited to a value of 10 (out of 100), extremely low, nearly inaudible.The elevator is really small.. room is not big in general but it was good as a overall. If internet access is important to you, stay away from this hotel. I wasstruggling with poor signal even in lobby and need to enter passwordevery single minute. When asked the staffs, I good replies like "itsfree we cant do anything", "I;ve no time".. I was even ready to pay fora better internet access, but the staffs was very uncooperative.It seems to be necessary to renovate the room's furniture also. The lift in the hotel is too small . Thats the pain ... if you have to go with your luggage.very noisy. Internet was not working neither I rooms nor in lobby, we complained they said that we know but...! If your room is too small, please ask reception for a bigger one, although they say all the rooms are the same size!. Small elevator, small shower cabin. fix the elevator!. sometimes some receipiontist is not so patient with customer's question. Small room.it was like a lovely present the wrapping looks great you cant wait to look inside and when you do you are highly disappointed. Room was described as "a room with a view over Paris", however, the viewfrom the room was of a concrete wall!. breakfast far below 3* average! No reason not to miss... Unfortunately the wireless internet was not working but the staff would allow direct connection from the lobby area. It was good to see that at least they tried to help.Bed was very hard, check in time was half 2 and not 2 as stated, also lift was too small. Room was a complete let down compare to design of the rest of hotel i.e reception and seating area. This hotel is not a three-star, and should not be advertised as such. Your website should reserve the right to question official star ratings based on the weight of customer opinion. Depending on the room you are put in (we were on the top floor, next to to the extractors and with a view of the interior patio), the entrance is the only part of the hotel that corresponds to the definition "design".save yourself money by not going to EuroDisney - just try the elevator here!! nothing nearby in terms of good restaurants or sights... spent most of the wkend around Saint Michel - look for a hotel near there instead. The Staff was very unpleasant, the room was not very good - although webooked for no smokers, when we arrived there was smell and parts ofcigarettes. We arrived at 4 pm, we cheked-in and when we went to leaveour bags, it was dirty and the woman took long time to make it up. So,we have to stay a while at the lobby, waiting her to clean our room. Atthis time we could be having lunch or anything. Old style rooms. Small room. Corridors like from horror movie. You can easily hear your neighbors.
