It was great. The place is 5 minutes to the Arc of Triumph by walking. The neightborhood is very nice, with a lot of coffee shops and the best fresh bread I've ever had. The staff is very nice. I showed up early the day I was supposed to check in, and they handle to prepare my room and let me in before the check in time. Free wireless internet, location was excellent - near Palais du Congress, Metro and Air France airport shuttle. Great price for location!.
all reviews » The location was excellent. It was only three blocks from the Palais des Congres, where I was attending a conference. Quiet area, convenient parking near the hotel. Staff at desk were very helpful., Location was excellent and Metro only five minutes away. Champs-Élysées only 10 minutes walk. Room and bathroom were clean. The staffs from the receptionist to the housekeeping was friendly and helpful, the bathroom was spacious and it also has amenities, nice quiet neighborhood, with a delicious patisserie right at the corner of the street and nice location, only 5 minutes walking from Metro station (Argentine or Ternes) and directly behind L'Arc de Triomphe.The room was small but nice...location is very good - just five minswalk from Arc de Triomph. Early breakfast possible, nice breakfast room and kind service. Room was cool and there was no rubber undersheet on the bed. Room was clean and the bathroom quite new. Hotel location is relatively good, however, due to metro system in Parisis so large, therefore, there is a lot of choice on hotels. nothing except the location.It would be nice to have a safe box IN the room. The hotel has one for money, but they don't store passports. Wash basin was not working well - took very long for water to drain. No kettle to boil hot water.Room was to small for two people couldnt hardly move without tripping up on something. The price was not included with breakfast, free wi-fi was only in the lobby area and there was midnight lock-out, eventhough there's always receptionist who would open the door.The bed was a not very comfortable. Very small space in hotel room and The lack of possibility of watchingany tv in English and in Italian ( no cnn, No bbc, no Rai1). Only Frenchprogramms available. The staff cannot help in the matter.Breakfast was very poor value for €10. Wardrobe too short to hang my coat without creasing. No cable/satellite TV. TV too high to view comfortably from bed. Elevator was very old and doesn't seem stable and safe.Hotel claim they did not read our detail request of telling them we have2 adults and one 10 years old child, therefore gave us a alternate roomwhich don't have air conditioning, further, hotel don't care the listedinformation on letsbookhotel.com is wrong, said their hotel web site said "all6th floor is air conditioned", I wound not pick such hotel if it is notair conditioned. hotel staff, rooms, receptionist who close the door as early as 23:00 in city like Paris.
