i loved the staff theyre where very helpfull, the room was nice abd worm breakfast was very good very good lokation didnt had to use any transportation to a famouse locations!!!

This hotel is in a good location, very close to two subway lines that got us easily to all the sightseeing spots we wanted to visit. It's also walking distance to the Louvre and Ile de la Cite and even the Latin Quarter if you like to walk like we do. Just one block away is a street of cafes and restaurants of all types and prices.

Helpful staff and ideal location

Breakfast was ok with a reasonable choice ,but a pot of tea would have suited me more and more choice of drinks and maybe a toaster for customer use.

Most comfortable bed, great central position, male staff so helpful.

Expensive but you pay for position. Certain female staff should not be in hospitality.

on reading the reviews I was expecting very small rooms, butwe had a gorgeous room and the additional bed we expected in the three bedded room was in fact a double = full marks for the hotel stafffor for making our stay wonderful - also excellent position

We only stayed one night. The room, although very small, was very confortable, and the staff very nice and helpful. The hotel is very well located and we enjoyed our stay.

Calm, very good located hotel. Excellent service of the staff. Very clean rooms, every day fresh towels etc.

Breakfast is served in basement but this is in many hotels in Paris the case.

Location is excellent, near Louvre and Chatelet.Just acreoss the river you can easily access to Saint Michel area.Hotel is in the middle of the 3 metro station and very close to many attractions and shopping area.Hotel staff is very nice.The rooms are warmly decorated and nice.The size of trhe rooms are not much big but might be enough for a couple.

They immediately took care of us and gave us another room when they learned our first room was missing a toilet seat.

the location is fantastic. its close to a few different metro stops, its right on the cusp of the bustling les halles/chatelet area, a stones throw away from the louvre. couldnt ask for a better location really. and the staff were all very nice people.

noisy roadworks right outside our hotel at 6am onwards was a bit annoying. couldnt be avoided i guess. the hotel's hairdryer was old and smelled of cigarette smoke which was pretty gross, and the walls in the hotel must have been very thin as we could hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms.
