Location was good. About 15 min. To Notre Dame and 5 min. To the Panteon. Reasonable rate per night. Get 3 stars or over to get air condition room.. Location was excellent, near RER stop, sights and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Good value for money spent. Free internet, super location, kind and friendly staff, provides all that you really need at a sensible price.

Right across street, kitty corner to hotel was a Packer Bar which was amazing. WOS is the name. We walked everywhere and it was a good location. No frills but perfect for pit stop. The location within the city is excellent (near to Boulevard St. Michel and Pantheon). Also the transport connections are good. The location was great and the price was very reasonable. Not even a fan. Room (04) was on the street side so it was a bit noisy. Also the time that was stated as the check in time - was one hour late. My room was showing its age - sagging, stained ceiling, leaky shower, mold in closet from shower, lights coming off wall. Needs an update!. A slice of cheese would improve breakfast very much. A slight odour of mildew remains in the bathroom even though cleaning staff are careful. Shower was very small. We could hear noise from other guests during the night. A bit noisy - mostly the occupants of the next-door room. Overpriced, mediocre breakfast. Quiet location, but you hear all the noise from the other rooms and the reception. Furniture would need some relooking. Not many facilities in the room (just a small LCD tv and an hairdrier). The room was very small (and I had one of the bigger ones!), the bath exiguous. The price was disproportionate. Room could have been a little cleaner. No satellite TV. Front desk staff not very friendly or helpful. Rooms were loud-both noise from the street as well as other rooms. Also room was extremely hot-they should install air conditioning. Hotel lobby etc being refurbished.....but manager very conscious & offered discount without us asking. Noise in the hotel.! It's a very old building with irregular rooms....the next room's door was by our headboard. Everytime he unlocked the double locks and slammed the door it felt as though the bed shook. The walls were so thin that we could listen to snoring,or toilet flushing all hours,as people came and went. Room was tiny for the price. La chambre était très petite par rapport au prix. The unfriendliest staff we've seen, when I asked for the internet voucher, the guy at the front desk told me had already given me one, and I told him the password did not work, he gave me another one and rudely said "I'm giving you a 7 days voucher so you don't have to keep asking me all the time" The breakfast could've been much better!. It was very odd sleeping under cover cause there was no duvet and the window kept opening, just wouldn't stay closed and it was freezing that weekend !! The room was clean which is nice and the hotel is in a perfect location. Night security was rude, day staff allright. No place to store clothes (sicth floor). No heating. Minuscule bathroom. Room small, bathroom too small that the sink overlapped the toilet making it hard to sit down, and lots of broken floor tiles. Above the bed looking upon the wall you could see years of dust that apparently never gets cleaned up. Be careful ordering a shuttle. The front desk subtracts the deposit wrong and then you have to pay the driver an extra 5 euros per trip. I think the desk did it on purpose. Its probably a scam so check you receipt that they take you cash and post it correctly. Needs a refurb and a move away from red colour.
