The location was great. Only 5 minute walk from Arc De Triomphe, and the nearest metro is at the end of the street, 4 minute walk. The hotel is small yet comfortable. Cute lounge area where breakfast is served and extra clean bathrooms on each floor. Bathroom is clean modern and nicely designed. Also great patisserie shop right next to the hotel! Good for a quick bite. Great location, close to the metro station (about 5 min walk) and Le cars Air France bus stop! Nice cafes around, as well as shops. Very close to Champs Elysees. Also, wonderful breakfasts! We have stayed in the hotel for second time and for sure we will be coming back:).

The place is clean and the location is great because of the restaurants, shops, and cafe's surrounding it. Also, its a five minute walk to the metro, and thirty minutes to the Cahnz. The A/C was off and you cant turn it on, the sound proofing is poor, you must ask for a new wifi password every 24 to 72 hrs. Some receptionists are super great "Day shif" and some are not friendly "Night shift". While the hotel does have lifts they are not level with the floors of the hotel - they land in the middle of levels - and require exiting onto narrow and steep stairs to your level. We chose the hotel for the lifts as one in our party has real mobility issues - and if they'd been any more pronounced this hotel would not have been possible for us. They're Internet wifi was poor and had no room service at late hours, had no extra pillows to provide. -Would not have liked to pay the rack rate of 295 Euro's (we didn't though) although Paris is generally expensive. Everything was good, no bad points. - Expensive breakfast (€ 14; alternative: bakery two doors from hotel) - Hotel equipment for business traveller is minimal (ironing was a challenge). No hot food available on room service. None. They charge 14 euros per person the breakfast, I think it's a little to much, but despite of it, it's a great place to stay while in Paris. The room was very small - but I think that might be normal for Paris. just the price of £95 and the extea £2 per night each. Rooms are small. I didnt like the wardrobe in the bedroom, and the shower dispenser in the bath was empty during our stay. -Bathroom windows were partially transparent, we had to tape papers in order not to be seen by neighbors. -Peculiar design of the staircase. Located away from the metro but a 15 min walk from ternes station. Some distance from METRO station, that's all. The room is confortable but small, as the elevator. Heating was difficult to control, very warm in the bedroom, but an open widow did the trick. Room a bit small, but ok for a weekend. This is a real design hotel, meaning it looks good in the room from a design point of view but things are not practical at all! I found at least ten annoying things in the first 30 minutes in the hotel room. Not much room to move around bed. Room would have been better if just the one lovely large bed and not the single bed as well. 13 mins walking to Champs-Élysées. Room is quite small. For the price paid reasonable hotel. Not 24 hr reception as advertised. Breakfast lady not to helpful. When i inquired to stay an additional night the price per night tripled to 378 Euros for 01 night. This time my room was a little smaller, but still functional. Basically nothing except that the Wifi at the sixth floor was not perfect. very very compact. To much compact. €11 for 2 cups of tea!!. The breakfast price was too high.
