The hotel is located just 150m from metropoint Porte de Vincennes line 1 (zone1). Parking in the street is free from friday 19h till mon 09h. Parking Picpus (neer metropoint Belair/Picpus) is about 500mtrs from the hotel. The room was small, only a bed, tv and closet, but that's ok for just a weekend. Staff at front desk were very nice and the service was good. Very safe neighbourhood. The location near the Metro Station is easy to find. It was very quiet. Good bargain. The area is very safe & everything you need is nearby.

Location, 24 hour service, flexible dates - I changed my booking twice and they were quite accommodating. It was just a block from a metro station. There were a lot of options to eat out. And the elevator didn't stop on the right floor anymore when we went in with more than one at the time. In need of serious repairs. Over 2 rooms we had a broken heater, lamp, tv, sink, and a temperamental elevator. The staff was very reluctant to acknowledge this - we spent a night without hear before they brought in a space heater. Internetc connection wasn't very good in the room. The elevator, which is old fashioned and tiny, didn't work all the time. bathroom smelled very strange. very damp, musty smell and toilet didn't flush correctly. lift highly dangerous- stops between floors and there is no way of escape. strange elevator, no full time parking. Sound insulation is not the best. nothing. Location. The breakfast was ridiculously priced - 9 euro for awful, burnt coffee, a croissant and bun (not fresh or from a good source), and I had to ask for a yogurt. You could get a fresh croissant and better coffee nearby, for much less. Also the room was noisy (105) and there is no sound proofing between rooms. Quite a walk from Metro, but pleasant to see daily life.Area is presently being re-constructed. No kettle in room. dark, need to improve light brightness in corridors. The auto lights off itself, made me scared & difficult to see the walk path. further, the lift ...emm... not stop in 5th floor... quite haunted. The elevator didn't work and there was a water leak on the shower. Far from the city center and popular places. but the room is very hot! no fan no air-condition... the rooms were very small elevator was broken bathroom was very small breakfast was very poor. small rooms, too small for 3 persons, bathroom also very tiny... Paper thin walls are the real turn down, since you can hear your neighbors perfectly. I had to go and knock at people's door to ask them to keep their TV down. Plus there is big construction site going on right next to the hotel, so expect to be awaken early. Also rooms are tiny and bathrooms are even tinier. Horrible (even dangerous, I would say) elevator, unfriendly staff. No fridge , no AC Small elevator. We booked a triple room & it was just a double room we got & they put an extra bed after I showed them my booking for triple room. It got so congested that there was no space to move in the room. The bathroom was also very little. The TV didn't work, but changed it on our request. They should have checked these beforehand! :-(. Stating that you've got Wifi and it only working in some rooms is NOT OK!! Telling guest your the first to complain and then hearing other guest have also complaind NOT OK!! Dont promise a service you cant deliver no matter how much you ask for room. The room we had was very small,the bathroom tiny, the building and the lift very old.The Wifi didn't work for technical reasons, so I couldn't do my job online and nobody apologized to me for that.I Don't recomend this hotel. The only thing this hotel had going for it , it was clean , the rooms were the size of a cell. Was not impressed at all, I am 5"2 & when is sat on the toilet my knees were touching the wall , the back of the toilet seat kept falling down on you , the hair dryer was out of the arc, seriously over priced.
