Very friendly and helpful staff. Refurbished bathroom facilities very good.The location and the staff were excellent. Friendly staff. I was particularly pleased with the location, which is absolutely amazing - in the heart of Quartier Latin, just a few steps from Notre-Dame, boulevard Saint-Michel and other atractions. Transport from and to the airport was also very convenient. Hotel staff was very friendly and room small but clean and very picturesque. Would definitely recommend for a shorter stay to anyone!.

Info in the room states that a complimentary tray is available however I received a rude response when I asked for one and I had to carry this up to the room myself. It was taken away by the maids the next day. I would prefer not to have to ask for such facilities. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very small.Room was very small.room is too small, breakfast is no good, not value for money.Very small room. Rooms in the hotel are too small.
