What people say

Very friendly and helpful staff. Refurbished bathroom facilities very good. The location and the staff were excellent. Friendly staff. I was particularly pleased with the location, which is absolutely amazing - in the heart of Quartier Latin, just a few steps from Notre-Dame, boulevard Saint-Michel and other atractions. Transport from and to the airport was also very convenient. Hotel staff was very friendly and room small but clean and very picturesque. Would definitely recommend for a shorter stay to anyone!.
all reviews Friendly, informative staff. Nice bathroom. The hotel is on an extremely quiet street (few bars and restaurants), but it is very close Metro and livelier Left Bank streets. The location was fabulous. Couldn't have been better. The woman at the front desk spoke great English and was extremely helpful.location. Near the cartier latin restaurantes center, and notre dame as well. Very nice stay.Helpfulness of the staff; location. Central Location. The location.Location excellent. Within walking distance of River Seine, Notre Dame, lots of restaurants and cafes. Hotel very clean and nicely decorated. Staff helpful and will get anything you need such as courtesy tray, extra pillows etc. Breakfast good. Lovely lounge area and reception. The Latin quarter is an ideal location to see everything in the historical part of Paris. The courtesy of the staff and proximity to areas of interest. Friendliness of staff and cleanliness of rooms. Smiling young lady at the desk :-). location and helpfulness of staff. The staff were very pleasant, non-intrusive and happy to help. The location was excellent, a 2-minute walk to St.Michel where there were plenty of shops, restaurants, book shops and ice cream parlours. Metro was around the corner, most places are within walking distance though. Everything was as expected. Balcony view over to Notre Dame which looked fantastic with the Chritmas tree still lit up.All staff were polite and helpful, and one of the desk clerks was particularly helpful. proximity to our chosen area. the location and the room. The view from the room. Our rooms were on the 6th (top) floor. there is a 4 person lift. The rooms were a bit small but adequate for the length of our stay. Very clean with good bathroom facilitiesand comfortable beds. Hotel is a short walk from the Seine, Notre Dame and bus and metro stations. The location is great. The room, though not very large (as in most Paris hotels), was very comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, with the one exception mentioned below.Clean rooms (depiste being small). Good breakfast (despite limited sortiment). Friendly staff. Good geographical situation close to train, metro and the centre. The friendly, helpful staff, comfortable beds and very clean bathroom. The location was great. Very central and close to RER and Metro.good location, clean and quiet hotel. nice staff. Great .The location was great, right in the heart of the latin quarter. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The rooms were simple and clean. The location was excellent and the front desk staff was very accomodating. The location is great and the staff very helpful and friendly. It is well located in one of the cutural areas of Paris. location very good.all facilities fine for short stay. the friendly helopful staff. the location was great!. Lcation and comfort. hotel was close to notre dame and the latin quartiers, many restaurants and pubs close by.very good location, nice breakfast. location. Location. Location , 2nd room allocated small but nice overlooking street.Helpful staff. location. The location was excellent. The rooms were clean and relatively newly refurbished. Most of the staff were helpful and lovely but due to a couple of rude interactions I have only rated staff as fair.Great location, close to metro and some lovely restaraunts.reasonable location.Location. The hotel was advertised as air-conditioned, but the in-room system was barely functional. The room had a refrigerator, but it was only a few degrees cooler than room temperature. The breakfast is good but somewhat expensive, but is worth considering if you are traveling with children, as they eat for free. The rooms are very tiny. When we returned to the hotel for the second part of our visit, she offered to put us in a nicer room since our former room was taken. We assumed it was for the same price, but it was much, much more. We were stunned!. Room was cramped, but adequate for our purposes. The only negative point was that the room was very small.relationships with vendors (tour companies, taxi drivers) from which professional services were lacking - bordering on fraudulent. The Paris City Tour booked by hotel staff did not match brochure - much shorter than specified, rushing off stops. Hotel staff urged/booked "private" taxi for 80 euro to airport -- driver instead solicited additional riders for cab and charged double (160 euro total!). Found the room quite small - and would have prefered tea and coffee making facilities.Quite poor breakfast. size of elevator and size of room (but probably typical for a 3 star hotel in Paris). Nothing really special about the hotel, you get what you pay for. No real complaints about it though.the room was very small, although clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a kettle or something in the minibar as there was nothing to drink in the room (not sure if the tap water was potable). We paid the same price per room as our cousins in a hotel down the street who had a top floor balcony room which was much bigger in size. You could barely walk around the bed in our 1st floor room. The breakfast staff on two out of four days was rather grumpy and seemed more concerned with cleaning the floors of the breakfast room (which should have been done earlier, I suppose) than with saying "good morning" or bringing coffee. The lady serving breakfast on the other two days was very friendly and attentive. One evening my bed hadn't been made - not a disaster, really, but not something one would expect to happen in a three star hotel. The towels were very small and I wish there had been tea making facilities in the bedroom. was almost charged for having breakfast each day when we didnt have any at all.small room and bad television. The rooms and bathroom were extremely small, but this is to be expected in paris. The only problem we had was that we could hear our neighbors through the walls even if they were talking at a normal voice level. We did have some rowdy neighbors the first night who came back late and it was difficult to sleep with all the noise. Some of the housekeeping facilities were very limited. They never exchanged the glasses in the rooms. They did not have an extra pillow available. There was only one tray of ice available which the very pleasant desk staff person went to the kitchen to obtain for us. No more ice would become available until that tray was refilled and refrozen.the size of the room. room cramped. Rooms very small and telly in room next door caused problems, would like no telly to be available. the room was really very small.room was rather small. air condition did not work well in the room. double bed is very small. small rooms. Small rooms. Upgraded to the superior rooms which were okay - a bit small and traffic noise. No recepition staff when we arrived. Allocated a twin room, could only change change following day. Hotel locked when we returned on Ist night, pouring down with rain had to bang on door/ press buzzer until someone came.Very small room. Staff suggested a taxi to the station might not turn up due to proposed demonstrations in the city but no evidence of this and chauffeured car suggested by staff was more expensive. bedroom vey small. The tea and coffee facilities were not in the bedroom. On returning to the bedroom in the late afternoon the bed was still unmade.Tea and coffee making facilities have to be asked for. Info in the room states that a complimentary tray is available however I received a rude response when I asked for one and I had to carry this up to the room myself. It was taken away by the maids the next day. I would prefer not to have to ask for such facilities. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very small.Room was very small.room is too small, breakfast is no good, not value for money.Very small room. Rooms in the hotel are too small. Breakfast room is also very very small.
