Very eco-friendly! Lighting settings automated with motion sensors to save electricity. Almost all of the staff were completely bilingual. It was very comfortable. Very modern and stylish hotel. The dessert bar was amazing! The food on the ala carte menu was ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful here. We stayed here because the inner city was fully booked, but we loved it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful the room was modern and very clean and the restaurant was good. The bus stop was right outside.

Just give it an extra piece of glass and keep us from getting water on the floor when we shower. The bed sheets were never changed during a three day stay. No alcool available at the bar. Access from the carpark is up some steps through a fire door into the bar area which is a bit tricky with big cases, maybe this access was an afterthought and could be improved. The car park can only be accessed AFTER you check in and what we had assumed to be the hotel car park, directly outside the front, almost ripped the suspension apart! I think it would be better to have a manned car park entrance so that travellers can park and then check in, the gate person having a list of guests. No comments. Hot food pork/rabbit both overcooked. Nothing to dislike, would highly recommend. Entrance to hotel not clear, which is difficult with one way system. How to get out of car park not totally clear. Wish they would do away with the hot buffet does not work for me. It would have been nice if there was a plug socket close to the mirror. I bought my own hairdryer and straightners and was a bit awkward. Nobody present at the reception desk when we wanted to check out. Asked one of the restaurant staff where the receptionist was. She told us she didn't know and couldn't do anything as she was from a different department. Fair enough, but she could at least have called for someone who did know. WIFI did NOT work in our room. The location, the area is very run down but that's not the hotels fault. too warm - as were all hotels on our trip. nothing. location. everything is great. Bar service was poor!. It's a peak weekend and the breakfast was poor. The hotel parking was horrendous. The parking spaces are tight & why the hotel allows transit vans & flat loading vans to park in the car park is beyond me. There were 2 car park incidents with the vans. 1 van hit the wall & left a big whole & 1 van reversed into my hire car. Hotel service(ignored request, no maid service).
