  The Hotel is family-owned and run and the lovely, relaxed atmospherereflects this. The young couple have worked very hard to make the PreGaloffre a delightful and comfortable place to stay. Their staff made usfeel so welcome and always took the time to greet us whenever we passed.The food was excellent, as was the service.   Great hotel such friendly staff at reception really helpful remembered your name and room number each time you came in the hotel. Beautiful room with double aspect small balcony overlooking the canal espresso coffee maker in room. The bathroom had a bit of peeling paper to be picky but it was very clean. Lovely touches in the room fresh orchid, bo... what people say » wl of cherries bathrobe and slippers and lovely toiletries. There is also a bed turn down every night where shutters are closed and curtains pulled al - Historic type, but nice and clean decor with an antique flair to it. Staff were very polite and helpful. Most spoke English and were very kind. Hotel is centrally located to see all major sight seeing spots around Nimes. Breakfast was delicious and in a very nice setting.

  The staff was kind. Wifi is free and available in the room. The room had fair size and clean. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, yet it provides free parking at the premises of the hotel. I liked this solution better, instead of being forced to leave the car in the streets of the city center. The center of Nîmes is a 5 minute drive. Car can be safely parked within the closed gate of the hotel. Good for people on the way, they don't have to fully offload their car. Hotel rooms are clean, soundproof and recently renovated. Wifi is fast too.
