First of all, the reviews about this hotel were totally unjust. Prior to coming, I armed myself with Chicco desinfectant and Oust anti-bacterial spray because I thought that the room would be crawling with roaches and rats. Far from it, the room was spick and span with a brand new carpet, LCD TV, nice bed, clean kitchen appliances, bathroom and toilette. Plus the location. The friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff.

Very spacious apartment with all amenities needed and close to the city centre. the hotel was very central to main city facilties were good value for money. Having a cooker, hob and dishwasher and flat screen tv was great but the addition of a kettle would have been useful. If you catch the no 23 bus from the airport get off at the Alcase Lorraine stop on Boulivard Gambetta and returning the stop is on the corner of Boulivard Gambetta and Prominade des Anglais. Only 1 Euro for single trip . The size of the studio, certainly big enough for the 3 of us. Just being allowed to come and go as we pleased without having to bother anyone, also the staff were very friendly and professional. It is in an ideal location, near both the city centre and the Promenade.The staff was great! If you are not fussy- good value for money! What you get doesn't look like in the website photos, but is alright. Ask for a newly refurbished room... The location is great: away from the traffic, quiet. We had a good time!. Being able to make our own breakfast is always a bonus, especially after a late night out when you might want to stay in bed a bit later!. The hotel location was convenient. Location of Hotel while close to Promenade D'Anglaise quite some distance on foot to the 'vieux part' of Nice and Port Area. Hotel should offer more choices for breakfast food. sofa bed to do. the safty box at hotel you can not open it after 10 pm. No wash basin in the separate toilet area. Had to walk through the living area and a bedroom to wash hands in the basin in the bathroom. Bathroom and toilet vents not working. Damp patch on bedroom wall near bathroom. Very basic furniture/ decor but don't let this put you off as very clean! After all you get what you pay for!!!. The walls and ceilings could do with freshening up, ie new coat of paint. Needs a bit of deep-cleaning... Our room could have done with brightening up a bit but for the price we paid we were quite satisfied. I would definitely go there again.I felt that there should have been a kettle in the kitchen. It is more of a block of apartments than a hotel. Basic but perfectlyadequate for a good base for the beach.no it was ok but it looked rather tired and needed some updating--we did not have new carpets but the hotel was really an aparthotel. very suitable for families. I think the breakfast could have been bigger and the room could use a few extra to make the stay more comfortable (4xmple: in the bathroom and more pillows for the beds...). the shower and the hot water system. very difficult to know how to get the heater to work and it took 24 hours before it was hot again. also, it took like 15 min for it all to be used. then cold as ice. Noisy neighbours :(. In the 2 bedroom apartment there is only a fold out bed no bedroom. This was not advertised by their website. Studio in need of decoration and repair. Hallway very dark with stained carpet. Would recommend anyone booking requests one of the refurbished rooms.Internet MUST be a free of charge for hotel customers. Little problems with hot water, if you want to use it daytime you must change the switch position. furnitures are very poor. the reception guy. The lack of provision of crockery and glassware.
