We liked having outdoor space as we had a garden room. We liked the terrace where we had breakfast and could see the sea. The close proximity to the beach! The balcony with a great view! Friendly/Helpful Staff with good communication. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was kept clean. Nice to wake up to sea air by the beach every day. Air condition, close to beach, clean towels every day, fridge in the room, good price.

We selected this hotel because of its location directly on the Promenade des Anglais, only a few feet from the beach. We had an ocean view room and when we open the large window the ocean breeze would come into our room. Parking was surprisingly easy. The young man at the reception was extremely usefull and knowledgeable about the city. We drove twice to Monte Carlo and it was easy for us to visit other cities on the french Riviera. The heat was on which was good as the weather was poor. plenty of towels and they were soft not like tea towels. The breakfast was tasty and good value.Nice views from front of house and sitting outside if the weather is pleasant. Convienience of bus stop nearby into centre. Being able to leave car parked off road. On route ( 5 mins ) to Airport. Room with small balcony overlooking Promanade, 360 degree view of Bay of Nice. Walls are not sound insulated so you hear other guests, small double bed, weak internet connection in top floor. No internet access in the room. The towels were extremely old and need to be replaced. I booked this hotel because they said their was parking, their was space for 4 cars. the cars were parked in front of each other so first in was unable to get out unless they moved the other ones. We arrived Saturday night so I didnt have to worry untill Monday morning but it was awkward. There is no lifts. A lick of paint is also needed. Parking, narrow gateway onto sloping drive .Need to reverse out onto 3 lane highway Leaving hirecar keys at reception so they can move it if need be,(insurance issues)? V. small bathroom/toilet but well stocked. - Blankets were not clean enough - Furniture was old and not in the best condition - The shower did not have curtains. basic breakfast old and small bathroom. The walls are so thin that we heard every sound from the next rooms. tired fabric of hotel. wifi access very poor,only in reception and 1st floor. Our room was in basement and they called it Garden. Cramped room, some staff members were completely rude and unhelpful. Room not the most inspiring. Room was dirty and dingy, shower was less than adequate and Wi-fi didn't work. Cleaning was poor, pillowcovers were not cleaned - just stuffed in the closet... Everything.
