Nice, small, recently renovated hotel in the center of Nice. The way to the sea and to the main station is about 10 min. The room was clean and big enough for 2 persons. The beds were comfortable to have sweet dreams during the nights. The new window protects well from the outside noises. The AC works well. For us breakfast was simple, but fresh and tasty. The biggest advantage of this hotel it is the Staff. The Staff is very friendly and helpful! We had a great time in Nice! Hope to come again.

Excellent location, in the middle of the city, close to the beach, close to the shopping street, close to the railway station, but still a quiet place (if you have windows to the inside). Acceptable breakfast. Good airconditioning. Reception will provide you the map and all kind of information you need. The staff were the best I have met in any hotel I have stayed at very helpful and kind, responded well to anything asked of them. Nice is a beautiful place vibrant by day and night lots of sunshine, food and attractions. cant wait to go back again. Great location, staff great, so close to beach. And for me the smell of the cleaning liquid using in the rooms is a bit, specific... - Small room but it worked for us. Extremely small room and extremely small bathroom. I wonder if the room can get anyhow smaller. But if you only spend there a night(s) it is somehow acceptable. Also the door are zero soundproof so in the morning you do not need any alarm, you will wake up by alarm from other room or by the people slamming the doors. But as I said, if you want just to stay and sleep in the room it is acceptable. I cant think of a thing!!!!. Little bit small in the overall room and the bathroom, when having a shower lots of water on the floor as no real curtain or shower screen. Very small bathroom in a single room. I am tres petite, but it was really small even for me. Bathroom needs some shelf space for guests personal toiletries. Shower could have been bigger as it is very easy to move and turn the water off accidentally. * The mattress was a bit uncomfortable - but ok. * The air conditioner was a bit weak. * Because of the high season, the price was a bit high, but still better than other hotels. bathroom and shower small but as it is an old building it was no big problem. Basic breakfast is the same throughout the week. Room was too small for the three of us. I was disappointed to be asked to pay 22 euros per night for the extra bed for our daughter, and it wasn't a proper bed either. Very small lift that only takes two people. The beach is not so good due to the big and sharp stones. value for price mind you it is high tourist season... Shower water took a long time to drain, bathroom was not 100% clean but ok. Small shower. No safe or fridge in room No ice available. Wifi connection was poor. Rooms facing the courtyard can also be noisy, as all the communications (aircon, ventilation etc) of surrounding buildings are concentrated there). The room was not very clean. nothing. I didnt like that we didnt have a kettle with coffee in our room. babages room open to all and not safe. Shower floods!. nothing. Pillows. But it's the same all over Europe. On check-in it was not mentioned that we were staying in a wheelchair accessible room. No shower curtain meant that water went all over the bathroom and the floor was marked with tire tread. Staff cleaning ALL breakfast equipment starting at 3am in the morning opposite our room was not pleasant and meant we were very tired the next day. small room especially the shower; noisy air conditioning and not very efficient. The cleanliness was not excellent, eg soap scum in the shower and grime on the (inside) window sill. While staff were kind, they lacked useful information eg current locations for intercity bus stops, and they loaned me an adapter on request, but it didn't work in their own power points. Price was ridiculous.
